Buffalo Chicken Pretzels –Marinated and grilled chicken, mixed with hot sauce, Gorgonzola, and cream cheese, atop our house made pretzel knots, brûléed with mozzarella cheese until golden brown and topped with gorgonzola and drizzled with signature hot buffalo.
Rusty Rail Nachos – Tortilla chips topped with cheddar cheese, black olives, house salsa, pickled jalopeños, house queso, and charro beans. Add chicken, Brisket or extra beans
All Good Brussels – Tempura Brussels Sprouts, fried golden brown, drizzled with “All Good” honey mustard, topped with Rusty Rail Bacon, and green onion.
Mushroom Pho Pot-stickers - Pan-seared pot-stickers filled with mushrooms, tofu, cabbage, carrots, garlic, onions, and cilantro. Served with spicy marinated cucumbers, sweet and tangy soy glaze, and garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

French Onion - Caramelized onions deglazed with sherry and slow cooked with beef stock. Served with pretzel croutons and brûléed provolone cheese.
Chilled Pineapple - Fresh pineapple blended with coconut milk bell pepper, jalapeño, and citrus juices. Garnished with fried basil and Greek yogurt.
Grilled Corn Chowder - Roasted yellow corn with celery, carrots, onions, jalapenos, and white potatoes simmered in a creamy vegetable broth. Garnished with bacon corn salsa and chili oil.
Wolf King Chili – Ground beef, green chilies, onions, fire roasted tomatoes, and kidney beans in a “Wolf King Stout” infused broth.

Chimichurri Steak Salad – Grilled chimichurri marinated flank steak on a bed of seasonal greens, corn pico de gallo, crumbled bleu cheese, and served with jalapeño ranch.
All Good Chicken Crunch – A bed of mixed green, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon, topped with crispy chicken tenders and All Good Honey Mustard.

Mushroom & Truffle New York Strip – 12oz New York strip steak seasoned and grilled to your liking. Topped with roasted garlic, mushrooms, and truffle- infused demi-glace served over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Crab & Saffron Risotto – Blue swim jumbo lump crab folded into creamy saffron risotto with lemon fennel slaw, corn shoots, and asparagus.
Coconut Curry Salmon – Grilled Atlantic salmon with sautéed peppers, onions, and spinach in a creamy coconut red curry. Served with Jasmin rice and garnished with fresh parsley and a grilled lime wedge.
Tropical Tuna Bowl – Ginger and sesame-crusted Ahi Tuna served rare or well done. Accompanied by jasmine rice, rainbow radishes, and pineapple salsa. Drizzled with avocado lime crema and topped with micro cilantro.

New York Cheesecake – A classic vanilla bean cheesecake with a smooth, velvety texture on a lightly sweetened graham cracker crust. Served with raspberry coulis and mixed berry compote.
Peanut Butter Pie – A peanut cookie crust topped with a rich peanut butter and mascarpone mousse. Drizzled with caramel and dark chocolate sauce.
