Appetizers

Hickory-Smoked Wings – Six or twelve house-smoked jumbo wings with your choice of sauce. All Good honey Mustard, Wolf King BBQ Buffalo, Mango Habanero

Cheese Steak Spring Rolls –
Sautéed sirloin and yellow onions mixed with creamy American cheese in a crispy flour shell. Served with marinara sauce.

Rusty Rail Nachos –
Tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, black olives, house salsa, pickled jalapeños, house queso, and charro beans. Add: Chicken -- Brisket  -- Extra Beans 

Rusty Rail Pretzels –
Choice of Beer Cheese or Coarse Mustard.  Extra Sauce: Beer Cheese, Coarse Mustard 

Loaded Pierogies –
Pan-seared potato pierogies sauteed with caramelized onion and Blue Collar Blonde-braised sauerkraut. Topped with pork belly lardons and chive crema.

Crab Rangoon Dip – Blue swim crab meat folded into cream cheese, sriracha, sesame oil, and chives, garnished with sesame seeds, kimchi, and sweet chili sauce. Served with wonton chips.


Nice Mussels –
Blue mussels simmered with shallots, scallions, and garlic, deglazed with our Nice IPA, served with grilled hop butter ciabatta.

Elote Flatbread – Toasted flatbread, hickory-smoked cheese blend, charred corn, pickled jalapeno, and cilantro. Drizzled with lime crema and dusted with Tajin.

Mushroom Pho Pot-stickers -
Pan-seared potstickers filled with mushrooms, tofu, cabbage, carrots, garlic, onions, and cilantro. Served with spicy marinated cucumbers, sweet and tangy soy glaze, and garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

Soups

French Onion - Caramelized onions deglazed with sherry and slow cooked with beef stock. Served with pretzel croutons and brûléed provolone cheese.

Curried Butternut Squash -
Roasted butternut squash, red pepper, onion, carrot, and chipotles simmered with coconut milk and red curry paste. Garnished with street cart sauce.

Grilled Corn Chowder -
Roasted yellow corn with celery, carrots, onions, jalapenos, and white potatoes simmered in a creamy vegetable broth. Garnished with bacon corn salsa and chili oil.

Wolf King Chili –
Ground beef, green chilies, onions, fire roasted tomatoes, and kidney beans in a “Wolf King Stout” infused broth.

Rotating inspiration with creative garnishes.  Ask your server for details! 

Soup Flight Five two-ounce servings of each of our house-made soups.

Bread Platter - Prepared in our bakery by our pastry chefs. Warmed rosemary focaccia bread with tomato garlic oil, scallion herb whipped butter, and a featured hummus.

House-Made Dressings: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Bleu Cheese, Caesar, Italian, Oil & Vinegar, Ranch, Red Wine Vinaigrette, Smokehouse Ranch, All Good Honey Mustard, Taco Ranch, Gochujang Lime, Maple Dijon Vinaigrette

Harvest Salad –
Seasonal greens, roasted butternut squash, pickled red onions, granny smith apples, dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, and maple dijon vinaigrette.

All Good Chicken Crunch –
A bed of mixed green, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon, topped with crispy chicken tenders and All Good Honey Mustard. 

Bulgogi Salad –
Seasonal greens, Korean bulgogi beef, crunchy red cabbage, kimchi, marinated cucumbers, shredded carrots, sesame snap peas, scallions, a soy marinated egg, wonton strips, and gochujang lime dressing.

Kale Ceasar– Crisp kale and chopped romaine tossed with roasted garlic, shaved parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Garnished with focaccia croutons and a parmesan crisp.


House Salad –
Seasonal greens topped with red onions, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, and shredded carrot.

All salad greens are locally sourced from Countryside Hydroponics in Mifflinburg, PA.

Add Ons: Tempura Tofu, Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, Chicken Tenders, Mahi-Mahi

Soft Shell Crab Sandwich –
Panko breaded and fried jumbo soft crab, home-style slaw, and remoulade on a toasted brioche roll. 

Smokehouse Chicken Club – Breaded chicken cutlet, topped with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Drizzled with smokehouse ranch and served on a toasted brioche roll.


Ham Cheddar Apple Melt –
Hickory ham with cranberry jam, apple slaw, sharp white cheddar cheese, and beer mustard on marble rye bread. 

Brisket Melt –
Sautéed eighteen-hour smoked brisket, caramelized ale onions, house-made beer cheese, provolone, onion rings, and horsey mayo on a toasted brioche roll.

Cheesesteak –
Sautéed shaved sirloin, ale onions, and your choice of cheese. Served on a soft hoagie roll with a side of marinara.
Choice of: American, cheddar, provolone, Single Jack beer cheese.

Pimento Chicken Sandwich –
A brined and breaded chicken breast cutlet topped with pimento cheese, bacon, and bread and butter pickles. Drizzled with Cajun honey and served on a toasted brioche roll. 

Pub Burger –
Grilled steak burger served pink or no pink. Choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Served on a toasted brioche roll. Choice of Beef or Veggie Patty.

Rusty Rail Burger –
A grilled steak burger, served pink or no pink. Rusty Rail bacon, cheddar cheese, house-made bread and butter pickles and Wolf King BBQ sauce, on a toasted brioche roll.

Southwest Black Bean Wrap –
Chopped black bean patty consisting of corn, roasted red peppers, and quinoa, accompanied by avocado slices, fresh greens, roasted tomatoes, and taco ranch, wrapped in a jalapeno cheddar wrap.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap – Marinated, grilled chicken, thick-cut bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Drizzled with ranch dressing, on a grilled spinach wrap.

Rusty Rail Gyro –
Sliced beef gyro meat, pickled red onion, roasted tomatoes, spring mix, and house-made tzatziki sauce in a warm pita.

Brewben –
Sliced corned beef, Blue Collar Blonde braised sauerkraut, Melted Swiss cheese, and  1001 Island dressing, piled on pressed marble rye bread.  


Entrees

All entrees include a house side salad

Mushroom & Truffle New York Strip –
12oz New York strip steak  seasoned and grilled to your liking. Topped with roasted garlic, mushrooms, and truffle- infused demi-glace served over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. 

Pork Medallions –
Pork tenderloin medallions, reverse seared with an apple cider glaze and topped with maple dijon cream. Served with cranberry agrodolce brussels and garlic mashed potatoes.

Grilled Swordfish –
Wild-caught swordfish blackened, grilled, and topped with a crab and tomato salad. Served with roasted asparagus and charred corn polenta.

Thai Curry Barramundi –
Pan-seared barramundi filet served with steamed mussels in a Thai red curry over a bed of jasmine rice and sesame snap peas. Garnished with micro cilantro.

Hanger Steak –
8-oz hanging tenderloin steak served with our vegetable du jour and a crispy smashed potato.

Crab & Shrimp Fettuccine –
Blue swim crab meat and white shrimp, roasted corn, and tomato tossed in a creamy parmesan sauce. Finished with crushed red pepper and parsley.

Chicken N Waffles –
Pan-roasted airline chicken breast stacked with rosemary belgian waffles. Finished with rich chicken gravy, pickled shallots, balsamic glaze, and maple bourbon carrots.

Nacho Average Brisket Burrito –
Smoked eighteen-hour brisket, onions, peppers, and tomatoes tossed with green chili mac and cheese. Finished with house-made queso, salsa, and tortilla strips.

Fish & Chips –
A large haddock fillet dipped in Blue Collar Blonde infused batter and fried to golden brown perfection. Served with French fries, hush puppies, and remoulade.

Sweet Potato Gnocchi –
Sweet potato gnocchi tossed with maple bourbon glaze, pork belly, crisp kale, and roasted brussel sprouts. Finished with fried sage and goat cheese.

Lobster Ravioli –
Squid ink-striped ravioli stuffed with Maine lobster, ricotta, mozzarella, and leeks. Finished with charred tomato cream sauce and chive oil.

Desserts

Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlé – A rich, vanilla egg custard, with a caramelized sugar crust. Served with a chocolate-dipped biscotti.

Carrot Cake –
Carrot spice cake, loaded with coconut, pineapple and raisins and pecans layered with brown butter cream cheese icing and garnished with caramel sauce.

Wolf King Hazelnut Cake –
Wolf King Chocolate topped with Nutella buttercream, hazelnut praline crunch, crushed hazelnuts, and drizzled with dark chocolate sauce.

New York Cheesecake –
A classic vanilla bean cheesecake with a smooth, velvety texture on a lightly sweetened graham cracker crust. Served with raspberry coulis and mixed berry compote.      
                                   
Peanut Butter Pie –
A peanut cookie crust topped with a rich peanut butter and mascarpone mousse. Drizzled with caramel and dark chocolate sauce. 

Waffle Sauce Bread Pudding – Warm bread pudding made with Waffle Sauce brown ale and Rusty Rail pretzels, topped with caramel sauce, whipped cream, pecans, and candied maple bacon crumbles.                                         
Sorbet or Gelato –
Our Pastry Chef’s inspiration based on seasonal ingredients and garnishes. Ask your server about the current flavors!  

Dessert Shooters –
Layered, nostalgic flavors, served in a shooter. The perfect way to end your meal! Approximately 300 calories each.

Choice of:
Pumpkin Spice Latte, Caramel Apple Crisp, Black Forest Cake, Peppermint Bark Cake, Peanut Butter Banana Fluff, Triple Chocolate Mousse

Kids

Mozzarella Sticks – Six breaded, fried mozzarella sticks . Served with marinara. 

Pizza – Mozzarella cheese and marinara.

Grilled Cheese – American cheese between toasted white bread. 

Cheeseburger – Beef patty and American cheese on brioche bun. 

Chicken Tenders – Three pieces of breaded, fried chicken.  

Served with fries, fruit cup, or apple sauce.
