Appetizers

Rusty Rail Nachos– A pub favorite for sharing! Tortilla chips served with queso blanco, shredded cheese, black olives, salsa, jalapeños, and charro beans. Add chicken or BBQ pulled pork or extra beans +2.5

Cheese Steak Spring Rolls  Sautéed sirloin, and yellow onions, mixed with creamy American cheese and wrapped in a flour and egg-based shell. Served with marinara sauce.                                 

Hickory Smoked Wings – Eight house-smoked, jumbo wings, with your choice of sauce. Also available as boneless wings.  Available in: Mango habanero, buffalo, Wolf King BBQ

Rusty Rail Pretzel –Choice of beer cheese or dusted with cinnamon powder sugar, and served with cream cheese. Xtra sauce+1 available as well as Xtra Beer Mustards+.75.

Hummus Veggie Tray  House-made lemon garlic hummus. Served with carrots, celery, cucumbers, olives, and tortilla chips.

Bread Bowl Spinach Dip  House-made spinach and artichoke dip in a bread bowl, topped with provolone cheese. Served with tortilla chips and toasted bread. 

Pork Belly Bao Buns -Thick cut pork belly, fried and glazed with Asian BBQ Sauce, finished with pineapple salsa and power slaw. 

All Good Brussels – Tempura Brussels Sprouts, fried golden brown, drizzled with "All Good" honey mustard, topped with Rusty Rail Bacon, and green onion.

Buffalo Chicken Pretzel Parts  House made pretzels, topped with buffalo chicken dip, topped with cheddar cheese, baked and drizzled with Ranch, and garnished with green onion.

Soups

Tomato Basil Bisque- House-made smokey tomato bisque infused with basil and garlic, served with a mini grilled cheese sandwich on toasted house-made ciabatta.

Blonde Chicken Chili  Sauteed smoked pulled chicken, onion, green chili, northern beans, roasted tomatoes, and spices, infused with Blue Collar Blonde, garnished with cheddar cheese. 

Feature Soup  Rotating inspiration with creative garnishes.  Ask your server for details! 

Salads

House-Made Dressings: Ranch, Jalapeño Ranch, Smoke House Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Caesar, Oil & Vinegar, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Red Wine Vinaigrette

All Good Chicken Crunch– A bed of mixed green, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon, topped with crispy chicken tendars and All Good Honey Mustard.

Caesar Salad– Romaine lettuce, tossed in our Caesar dressing. Served with croutons, and parmesan cheese.

Strawberry Avocado - Mixed greens, topped with sliced strawberries , avocado, red onion, toasted almonds, and feta cheese, with poppy seed dressing.

Oak Barrel Steak Salad – Grilled Oak Barrel sirloin, marinated similar to Black Diamond, on a bed of mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheddar cheese. Garnished with crispy onion straws, and served with a side of smoke house ranch.               

All salads are served with a dinner roll.

Cheesesteak – Sautéed, shaved, sirloin, ale onions, and your choice of cheese. Topped with marinara, on a soft hoagie roll. Choice of: American, provolone, cheddar, Single Jack beer cheese                                        

Brisket Melt–Sauteed eighteen-hour smoked brisket, caramelized ale onions, house-made beer cheese, provolone, onion rings and horsey mayo on grilled brioche roll. 

Turkey Pesto Panini– Sliced oven-roasted deli turkey, roasted red peppers, roasted tomatoes, arugula, provolone and mozzarella cheese and pesto mayo in pressed rosemary schiacciata bread.       

Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak–Sauteed chicken, topped with provolone cheese, signature hot sauce and fried banana peppers, served with a side of house made ranch. 

Pub Burger– A flame-grilled, 8oz all-beef patty topped with your choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Served on a toasted brioche roll. Choice of beef patty or turkey patty.

Lemon Basil Cod Sandwich – Lightly battered cod, basil aioli, roasted tomatoes and lemon dressed greens, served on a grilled brioche roll.

Hummus & Veggie Wrap– House-made lemon garlic hummus, broccoli slaw, tomatoes, cucumber, and cheddar cheese. Served on a grilled spinach wrap.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap – Marinated, grilled chicken, thick-cut bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Drizzled with ranch dressing, on a grilled spinach wrap. 

Italian Roast Beef Panini – Thinly sliced roast beef, provolone cheese, roasted tomatoes, balsamic onion jam, arugula, and parmesan truffle mayo, served on pressed rosemary schiacciatta.

Honey Hot Sandwich – Fried chicken breast, tossed in honey hot sauce, topped with house-made bread and butter pickles, and a red chili slaw. Served on a brioche bun.  

Rusty Rail Burger– A grilled steak burger, served pink or no pink. Rusty Rail bacon, cheddar cheese, house-made bread and butter pickles and Wolf King BBQ sauce, on a toasted brioche roll. 

Brewben Wrap - Sliced corned beef, Swiss cheese, Single Jack Lager braised cabbage and house made 1000 Island, served on a spinach wrap. 

Served with BBQ chips and a pickle. Sub Gluten Free Bun $2 

Substitute fries +1.5 or onion rings +2.5

 

Entrees

Bacon Wrapped Cod – Pan seared, bacon wrapped cod. Served with Single Jack beer cheese mac, and sautéed garlic spinach. 

Tropical Mahi  Blackened mahi, on a bed of coconut risotto, topped with pineapple salsa, garnished with roasted red pepper oil. 

Crab And Shrimp Imperial – Jumbo shrimp stuffed with house-lump crab mix drizzled with imperial sauce, bed of rice pilaf and vegetable du jour. 

Fish & Chips  A large haddock fillet, dipped in Blue Collar Blonde infused batter, fried to golden brown perfection. Served with French fries, hush puppies, and remoulade.

Mushroom And Truffled New York Strip – A 12oz New York Strip steak, seasoned and grilled to your liking, topped with roasted garlic, mushrooms and truffl e infused demi-glace, served over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. 

Sausage And Pepper Gnocchi – Sauteed Italian sausage, asparagus, and fi re roasted peppers and onion, tossed with ricotta stuffed gnocchi, house marinara sauce and a splash of heavy cream, fi nished with parmesan cheese.

Thai Rice Bowl – A blend of sautéed and shredded, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and green onion, in sesame and ginger sauce infused with coconut milk. Served with herb white rice, garnished with wonton strips. Add chicken +4.5 or shrimp +5.50

Chicken Parmesan – Seasoned, breaded chicken breast, topped with marinara sauce, provolone, and mozzarella cheese. Served on a bed of marinara tossed, fresh linguine.

Pan-Seared Tuna – Sesame-crusted Ahi Tuna served medium rare or well done. Drizzled with Korean BBQ glazed, over jasmine rice with a warm julienne vegetables salads and deep-fried wonton strips.      

Whoo Berry Ribs – Grilled St. Louise style pork ribs, topped with a Whoo Berry BBQ sauce, served with baby baked potatoes and a side of coleslaw.

Grilled Ribeye – A 14oz ribeye, seasoned and grilled to your liking, served with baby baked potatoes and vegetable du jour, topped with Blue Collar Blonde Butter.

Oak Barrel Sirloin – An 8oz sirloin steak, marinated similar to Black Diamond, and grilled to perfection. Served with garlic-smashed potatoes, and vegetable du jour.

Desserts

Vanilla Bean Creme Brûlé – A rich, vanilla egg custard, with a caramelized sugar crust. Served with a chocolate-dipped biscotti.

RR Carrot Cake– Carrot spice cake, loaded with coconut, pineapple and raisins and pecans layered with brown butter cream cheese icing and garnished with caramel sauce. 

 Peach Tart Tatin – Caramelized peaches on a browned butter shortbread plated with creme anglaise and candied pecans.

New York Cheesecake – A classic vanilla bean cheesecake, with a smooth, velvety texture, on a lightly sweetened graham cracker crust. Served with raspberry coulis, and mixed berry compote.

Seasonal Cheesecake – Chef’s selection based on seasonal ingredients. 

Peanut Butter Pie – A peanut cookie crust, topped with rich peanut butter, and mascarpone mousse. Drizzled with bourbon caramel, and dark chocolate sauce.                                                                         

 Luminous Blondie – A luminous infused white chocolate macadamia nut blondie, topped with vanilla gelato, and a whiskey caramel sauce. 

Sorbet – Our Pastry Chef’s inspiration based on seasonal ingredients and garnishes. Ask your server about the current flavors!

Dessert Shooters – Layered, nostalgic flavors, served in a shooter. The perfect way to end your meal! Approximately 300 calories each. No Substitutions. Choice of: Key Lime Coconut, Chocolate PB, Red Velvet Cheesecake, Chocolate Cappuccino Crunch, Bourbon Peach White Chocolate, Cookies And Mint

Kids

Mozzarella Sticks – Six breaded, fried mozarella sticks . Served with marinara. 

Pizza – Mozzarella cheese and marinara.. 

Grilled Cheese – American cheese between toasted white bread. 

Cheeseburger – Beef patty and American cheese on brioche bun. 

Chicken Tenders – Three pieces of breaded, fried chicken.  

 

Served with fries, fruit cup, or apple sauce.
