Grilled chicken, hot honey pretzel crusted cheese bites, spring mix, roasted red peppers, and bacon in a grilled spinach wrap.

Berry Chipotle Pork Tenderloin

Grilled pork tenderloin medallions, glazed with chipotle berry barbeque sauce, served on a bed of whipped sweet potatoes with asparagus parcels.

Tacos for 4/18

Each order consists of three six-inch tacos served with grilled lime.

MAHI

Juicy, blackened Mahi-Mahi, spicy slaw, avocado crema, mild Pico de Gallo and fresh green onions, served in a grilled flour tortilla.

GROUND BEEF 

Seasoned ground beef, queso, jalapenos, pickled onions lime crema and chopped romaine, served in a grilled flour tortilla.

LOADED SPICY COULIFLOWER 

Crispy battered cauliflower, cheddar, bacon, green onion and ranch, served in a grilled flour tortilla.

Mac Attack Brisket Wrap
House smoked brisket, cooper sharp mac and cheese, fried pickle chips, Wolf King BBQ sauce and Smoke House Ranch served on a grilled spinach wrap.

Brisket Mac and Cheese
Cavatappi noodles, tosses with cooper sharp cheese, topped with 18-hour smoked brisket, cheddar cheese, Wolf King BBQ sauce, corn bread crunchies and scallions.

Brisket Platter
House smoked 18-hour brisket, cooper sharp mac and cheese, southern style green beans, corn bread, bread and butter pickles and Wolf King BBQ sauce.
