Grilled venison sausage, infused with blueberries and merlot, wrapped in puff pastry and served with blueberry honey mustard.

Sauteed chicken breast medallions, portabella mushrooms, onions, baby spinach and rosemary over linguini.
Surf and Turf
A seasoned and grilled to your specifications, 14 -ounce New York Strip steak, topped with scampi style shrimp, served with an au gratin potato cake, and grilled asparagus.
