FIRST COURSE – SALADS
Organic greens with assorted garden toppings & vinaigrettes.
House baked artisan bread display and flavored butters.
White balsamic tortellini salad.
Smoked local cheese display with flat breads.
Seasonal fruit & berry platter.
Hickory smoked Atlantic salmon, dill cream cheese and crackers.
CARVING STATION
Slow roast prime rib of beef, au jus and horseradish.
Creole seasoned pork loin with an Andouille shrimp gravy.
Rolls and condiments.
ENTREES
Boston baked cod with lemon herb butter.
Stout braised beef tips with wild mushrooms and noodles,
Dijon glazed breast of chicken.
